Refunds

14 day full refund
If Eyeline does not work for you, we refund you in full within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. It is a one time $19 purchase, and we would rather you were happy than kept a tool that is not earning its place.
During the trial
There is nothing to refund during the 30 day trial, because nothing has been charged. Cancel from the link in your email at any point in those 30 days and you pay nothing at all. The 14 day refund window runs from the day 30 charge.
How to request one
Email hello@geteyeline.com from the address you bought with, and let us know you would like a refund. A quick note on what did not work is welcome but never required.
How it is processed
We issue the refund through Stripe, back to your original payment method. Stripe typically returns the funds within a few business days, depending on your bank.
